Chicken dry roast..my favorite chicken recipe!!!!!!The name kozhi varattiyathu itself make me to drool...It is a typical kerala style chicken dish loaded with coconut oil and curry leaves..My hubby loves to take veg pulao with chicken dry roast. and ghee rice with chicken special roast.I don't know the exact reason ☺.But Im sure it will go well with appam chapathi parotta or even with dosa :)

Nadan kozhi curry thengapal ozhichathu / Kerala style spicy chicken curry with coconut milk
Again here i am with an absolutely scrumptious chicken curry. This is a traditional style spicy Kerala chicken curry with coconut milk.
It is a great side dish for rice, parotta, chapathi, Appam and even for idly .Yesterday I prepared it for my hubby because he had been asking for it since many days. We enjoyed it with ghee rice .

Chicken omelette for toddlers
I came across a chicken omelette recipe in the blog Cooking N baking . I made slight variations in the recipe and prepared it for my son Kannan and he gulped it up all. So this is a 100 % toddler approved recipe.. :) Kannan is 2 years old now and he loves the chicken curry prepared by me. But since he is unable to chew the chicken pieces properly I usually make chicken cutlets for him. This time I tried chicken omelette instead of simple omelette .
