Chilly parotta/chilly paratha

My cousin  used to eat chilly parotta  from a vegetarian restaurant near to his college and he used to say that it is one the best dishes he has ever had. From the day he told me about this dish, I started searching for this item on the menu cards whenever i went to a restaurant. Finally after so many years, I too got a chance to taste it. Only that time did I realize why he was so much excited while explaining about this dish. Its really yummy and easy to prepare too.

Egg noodles

                                        Egg noodles

Like most of you out there, I too love eating noodles. This is one of those favorite dishes of my family. I usually add vegetables along with egg while preparing this dish because my son Kannan loves eating the carrot and capsicum in the noodles.A good combo with chilly chicken

                                    Paneer Manchurian

Whenever I’m  preparing Chinese dishes my hubby will finish it soon.So it is my pleasure to try new Chinese dishes. Paneer is a great source of calcium ,protein, fat, vitamins and minerals. It is a good side dish for chapathi and fried rice
