Muttai dosai is a simple tasty filling easy to prepare dish.You can take it with any side dish of your choice.
Ingredients :
- Dosa batter : 2 ladle
- Egg : 1
- Pepper powder : 1/4 tspn
- Oil : 1tspn
- Salt
Method :
- In a pre heated dosa thawa pour 2 ladle full of dosa batter and spread it in a circular motion like normal dosa.
- Drizzle 1 tspn of oil over the dosa.
- Break the egg , pour it on dosa and spread it evenly.(or break egg in a bowl and mix it with salt and pepper then pour it on dosa)
- Sprinkle pepper powder and salt.
- Cook well on both sides.
