A delicious healthy recipe!!!!!I love almonds , if it is with milk I can't say no..Believe me,it is a super tasty drink and try it at least one time..You can take it chilled or hot..both are tasty but I prefer chilled one :)
Ingredients :
- Milk : 1/2 liter
- Almonds / badam : 20
- Sugar : 1 tblspn (or as required)
- Saffron : Few strands
- Cardamom powder : A pinch (optional)
Method :
- Make fine or coarse powder of badam / almond and sugar.
- Soak saffron in 1/2 cup of water and keep aside
- Boil milk with almond powder .
- Add saffron milk and cardamom powder.
- Delicious badam milk is ready to serve.Serve it chilled or hot..
