Challas /  Sarlas


Challas doesn't need any introduction..It is a simple dish but do wonders with  biriyani,fish fry,beef fry,cutlet etc..



Challas /  Sarlas


It is an easy to prepare dish with less ingredients.We all love challas and will match it with almost all the non veg dishes.

Ingredients :

  • Onion (thinly sliced) : 1big
  • Green chilly finely chopped : 1
  • Vinegar / Lemon juice : 1 tspn
  • Water : 1 cup
  • Salt

Method :

  • Take 1 cup of water in a plate.Add in sliced onion.
  • Squeeze the water and  mix the onion with vinegar salt and green chilly!
  • Challas / sarlas is ready to serve!!!!

  3. I love this recipe. We make it a little different. Instead of vinegar i use lemon juice fresh and red chille powder and rock salt.
