Challas doesn't need any introduction..It is a simple dish but do wonders with biriyani,fish fry,beef fry,cutlet etc..
It is an easy to prepare dish with less ingredients.We all love challas and will match it with almost all the non veg dishes.
Ingredients :
- Onion (thinly sliced) : 1big
- Green chilly finely chopped : 1
- Vinegar / Lemon juice : 1 tspn
- Water : 1 cup
- Salt

I love this recipe. We make it a little different. Instead of vinegar i use lemon juice fresh and red chille powder and rock salt.
