Again a prawn recipe.Amma used to make it with both dry prawns and fresh prawns.My Achan (dad)loved this version too much.He enjoyed this curry even with puttu , idly and wheat dosa.

Ingredients :
- Prawn : 1/2 kg
- Mango chopped : 3/4 cup
- Drum stick 1" long piece : 5
- Salt
To grind :
- Grated coconut : 1 cup
- Shallots / kochulli : 8
- Red chilly powder : 2 tspn
- Turmeric powder : 1/2 tspn
To temper :
- Mustard : 1/2 tspn
- Fenugreek seeds : 1/4 tspn
- Chopped shallots / kochulli : 2 tblspn
- Dry red chilly : 2
- Curry leaves : few
Method :
- Now heat a pan and add mustard seeds.Let it splutter.Now add fenu greek seeds,dry red chilly chopped shallots and curry leaves.
- Pour it in to the prawn gravy.
- Yummy prawn curry is ready to serve!
Ohhh!!! drooling. Just so good. Imagining eating with rice.
