Gobi fry

You may call it as a snack or side dish..anyway gobi fry is a  super tasty dish...



Gobi fry

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower florets : 2 cups
  • Kashmiri Chilly powder : 1 tblspn
  • Pepper powder : 1 tspn
  • Egg : 1
  • Garam masala powder : 1 tspn
  • Turmeric powder : 1/2 tspn
  • Corn flour : 1.5 tblspn
  • Curry leaves : few
  • Salt 
  • Oil

Method:



  • Dip the florets in hot water with salt and turmeric powder for 15 minutes..Wash and make sure that there is no worms.Wash ,drain it and keep aside
  • Mix all the ingredients together except oil.Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Now heat a pan with oil and deep fry the marinated cauliflower florets.
