You may call it as a snack or side dish..anyway gobi fry is a super tasty dish...
- Cauliflower florets : 2 cups
- Kashmiri Chilly powder : 1 tblspn
- Pepper powder : 1 tspn
- Egg : 1
- Garam masala powder : 1 tspn
- Turmeric powder : 1/2 tspn
- Corn flour : 1.5 tblspn
- Curry leaves : few
- Dip the florets in hot water with salt and turmeric powder for 15 minutes..Wash and make sure that there is no worms.Wash ,drain it and keep aside
- Mix all the ingredients together except oil.Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Now heat a pan with oil and deep fry the marinated cauliflower florets.
