A yummy side dish for dosa and idly .It will tastes heavenly with masala dosa .
Ingredients:
- Grated coconut : 1 cup
- Shallots / kunjulli : 6
- Green chilly : 2
- Ginger chopped : 1 tspn
- Curry leaves : 2 springs
- Coconut oil
- Salt
Method :
- Grind all the ingredients except curry leaves and coconut oil in a mixer without adding water..
- Transfer the ground paste in to a bowl and add chopped curry leaves and coconut oil.
- Mix it well.Yummy dry chutney is ready to serve with idly , or dosa
Note:
- Try to mix curry leaves and cococnut oil with your neat hands.It will give you a nice flavour.
