Beef fry

                                          Beef fry

Beef fry

I can’t say NO to any beef dishes. Whenever booking ticket to Kerala my hubby used to say that, aah.., after reaching home first I will go to “thattukada”(a small road side shop providing tasty porotta and beef fry). Then I will give a short lecture about health but secretly love his statement. Because I know sure, he will bring a parcel for me. Still I’m not good in making soft Kerala porotta. My hubby used to say that your porotta is not like what we are getting from “thattukada”, but your beef fry is same as “thattukada” style ! .Here I’m sharing the same recipe with you.
My mom in law is a beef roast specialist. Her beef roast!!!!!!!!Ohh drooling!!!!!Sure I will post that recipe too.
