Chocolate cke with chocolate frosting
Ingredients:
For cake
- Maida:1 cup
- Unsweetened cocoa powder: 3/4 cup
- Powdered sugar: 1 cup
- Butter: 3/4 cup(i used Amul salted butter)
- Egg: 2
- milk: 1 table spoon
- baking soda: 1/4 spoon
- Vanilla essence: 1/4 spoon
For icing
- Butter:100gm(I used un salted butter)
- Cocoa powder:4teaspoon
- powdered sugar:6teaspoon
- Milk:3 teaspoon
Method:
For cake
- Sieve the maida ,cocoa powder and baking soda together
- Mix egg by using a mixer(i used food processor)mix it well then add powdered sugar,vanilla essence, milk and butter,mix it well.
- Then add sieved maida cocoa n baking soda mixture again mix it well
- Grease a cake tin with butter pour the cake mixter
- Keep it in a pre heated pressure cooker(remove the whistle and gasket).Cook it in low flame
- Within 25 to 40 minutes cake s ready.Let it cool
For icing
- Mix butter with sugar coca powder and milk Mix it wel by using a hand mixer(I used food processor)
- Keep it in fridge for 15 minutes.Apply it on cake by using a knife.Decorate with gems chocolate or according to your wish
