Chicken dry roast Kerala style / Kozhi varattiyathu / Kozhi peralan

Chicken dry roast..my favorite chicken recipe!!!!!!The name kozhi varattiyathu itself make me to drool...It is a typical kerala style chicken dish loaded with coconut oil and curry leaves..My hubby loves to take veg pulao with chicken dry roast. and ghee rice with chicken special roast.I don't know the exact reason ☺.But Im sure it will go well with appam chapathi parotta or even with dosa :)

Choora meen curry / Tuna fish in red gravy Alleppey style

Differnt methods are available to prepare fish curry.If you are coming Alleppey side you can see all are using fish tamarind in fish preparation that may be the key secret behind this amazing taste! you can serve this with rice  dosa idly  boiled tapioca  or appam .I served this with wheat dosa.

Usage of kasmiri chilly powder will give a red gravy and it may be the attraction of fish curry in our area.

This dish doesn't need an introduction to Keralites.Combination of tapioca and beef is really heavenly only..Yea tapioca with fish also is  a popular dish in Kerala.During my hostel days we used to buy this dish from "thattukada" (road side shop) and enjoyed it a lot.

We all love to eat prawns .I used to prepare different style prawn dishes .But personally I love this curry very much.During mango season Amma used to prepare this one with mango. Some times she used to add drumstick and jackfruit seeds along with mango..Ahhhh..!We can prepare the same prawn curry with dreid prawn also.This curry will go well with rice, idly and even with puttu
