Today's recipes is something special from Kerala cuisine..Yep you are right delicious palada pradhaman..Several methods are available to prepare it ..This is my way... tried, tested and tasted
Ingredients:
- Rice ada : 1 cup
- Boiled milk : 1.5 liter
- Milkmaid : 1 tin (400gm)
- Ghee : 1/4 cup
- Cashew : 1/4 cup
- Raisins : 2 tblspn
- Cardamom : 5
Method :
- Keep the rice ada in hot watr for 10 minutes.Wash drain and keep it aside.
- Heat a heavy bottomed vessel with ghee.Add cashews and fry it.Now fry the kismis and keep them aside.
- To the same pan add drained ada and saute it for few seconds now add boiled milk to it and let it cook.Now add condensed milk and stir it well until it thickens and the colour changes to pale pink.Stir occassionally.
- Add crushed cardamom and mix it well
- Finally garnish with fried cashews and raisins
