Oats Dosa




Oats Dosa



Again a healthy recipe for you...Oats dosa...A yummy and easy breakfast recipe.




Ingredients:

  • Oats : 1 cup
  • Cooked rice : 1/2 cup
  • Urad dal : 1/2 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds : 1/4 tspn
  • Salt

Method:

  • Soak urad dal for 1 hours.Drain it and keep aside.Roast the oats and make it in to fine powder.
  • Grind urad dal ,fenugreek seeds,cooked rice and powdered oats .
  • Dont add more water .The ground paste should be in thick consistency
  • Transfer it in to a steel bowl and add salt .


  • Keep it undisturbed for the whole night.
  • The batter will be raisen in the morning.Mix it gently and make dosa.Drizzle ghee over the dosa.Yummy healthy oats dosa is ready..


NOte:

  • If you need add chopped veggies,chopped ginger and curry leaves to the batter.
