Easy breakast recipe. It is healthy and you can prepare it within minutes.
You may change the fillings as per your taste and convenience.
Ingredients:
- Sandwich bread/ Any brerad : 4
- Egg : 1
- Onion chopped : 2 tblspn
- Tomato chopped: 2 tblspn
- Pepper powder : 1/2 tspn
- Butter : As required
- Salt
Method:
- Mix chopped veggies, egg ,salt and pepper powder together. Beat it well.
- Now take a bread and spread the mixture over the bread.
- Place a butter greased bread on the top.
- Grease the sandwich maker with ghee.
- Keep the bread in the sandwich maker and close it.
- Within 3 to 5 minutes, tasty egg sandwich is ready.
- If you don't have sandwich maker, use tawa.
- Follow the same procedure and instead of keeping the breads in a sandwich maker, press the 2 breads together and keep it on a tawa.
- Press it well again and toast it .
I used brown bread. Instead of egg, you can use chopped veggies too. Grease the bread with tomato sauce and green chutney.
