Pachamulaku thenga chutney/coconut chutney with green chilly
Again a chutney recipe.Easy to prepare one and a best combo for idly and dosa.
Ingredients:
To grind:
- Coconut : 1 cup
 - Shallots / kunjulli : 6 to 8
 - Ginger : 1/2" piece
 - Green chilly : 2
 - Salt
 
To temper:
- Mustard / kaduku : 1/4 tspn
 - Black gram / uzhunnu : 1/4 tspn
 - Dry red chilly : 2
 - Curry leaves : 2 spring
 - Oil
 
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients listed under "to grind" with little water to a smooth paste.
 - Heat the pan with oil.
 - Add mustard and let it splutter.
 - Now add black gram,dry red chilly and curry leaves.
 - Add coconut paste to it and mix well.
 - Yummy chutney is ready.Serve it with dosa or idly
