Fish fry
Ingredients:
Fish:1/2 kg
Shallot/kochulli:6
Ginger:1 tspn
Garlic:1tspn
Fennel/perum
jeerakam:1/4 tspn
Dry red chilly:5
Red chilly powder:1 tspn
Coriandeer powder:1tspn
Turmeric powder:1/4 tspoon
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
Method:

Grind all the
ingredients together except fish to make a smooth paste
·
Clean the fish and
marinate with the masala paste.
·
Keep it aside for half
an hour
·
Heat the kadai and fry
it in low flame by adding oil
·
Serve it with rice
