Chilly idly
When I tried chilly idly it was a super
hit at home.It is very easy to prepare.You can use left over idlys for this dish.
Ingredients:
Idly:4
Capsicum:1 big
Onion:1 big
Ginger:1 tspn(chopped)
Garlic1 tspn(chopped)
Green chilly:2(chopped)
Soya sauce:1 tspoon
Tomato sauce:1
tablespoon
Red chilly
sauce(optional):1/2 tspn
Cornflour:1/2 tspn
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
Method:
· · Cut idly,capsicum and
onion in to small pieces

Heat the kadai and add oil.
Sauté green chilly ,ginger and garlic
·
Add onion and sauté it
for one minute and then add capsicum .Now
you can add salt
·
Now add soya, tomato red
chilly sauces, Wait for 2 minutes
·
Add idly pieces and fry
it for one minute
·
Add corn flour mixed in ¼
glass of water
·
Make it dry and add
coriander leaves
