Egg roast
Egg roast is a tasty dish
and you can take it with Appam chapathi
or porotta
Ingredients:
- Egg:3
- Onion:2 big
- Green chilly:2
- Garlic:3 cloves
- Ginger:1/2”piece
- Cinnamon/Patta:1”piece
- Clove/grampoo:3
- Fennel/Perum
jeerakam:1/4 tspn
- Chilly powder:1 tspoon
- Garam masala:1 tspn(I
used eastern garam masala)
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Oil
Method:
- Boil the egg,deshell and
keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan and
add crushed cinnamon,cloves ang fennel.Wait for 2 minutes. Then add chopped
ginger and garlic.
- Now add sliced onion ,curry
leaves and salt. Sauté it well till the onion get translucent
- Add green chilly, chilly
powder and garam masala
- Sauté it well and add 1/2
glass of water
- Add deshelled eggs
- Close the pan and cook
it in low flame for 5 minutes
i tried this egg roast and we all loved it very much....
