Oats ladoo

Again I'm with an easy to prepare dessert!This is one of the easy sweet dishes that we can prepare within minutes.

This is a yummy  simple and healthy ladoos with oats.You can replace jaggery with sugar but jaggery with coconut and ghee will give you  a different taste

Ingredients:

Serving size : 10 ladoos
  • Oats : 1 cup
  • Grated coconut : 1 cup
  • Grated  jaggery / Palm jaggery : 1 cup
  • Ghee : 2 tblspn
  • Cashew nuts (chopped) : 1 tblspn
  • Cardamom powder : 1/4 tspn

Method:

  • Roast the oats and make it in to fine  powder.Keep aside
  • Heat a pan with ghee.Keep the stove in simmer mode
  • Fry the chopped cashew nuts.
  • Add grated jaggery to it and let it melt
  • Now add grated coconut and mix it well.
  • Add powdered oats and cardamom powder.
  • Mix it well with all other ingredients.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • When it reaches hot enough to touch make ladoos.
Note :
  • I got 10 ladoos
  • I used 3 green cardomom and powdered together with oats.

    1. yea you can try it for your FIl but try to reduce the quantity of jaggery
