This is a yummy simple and healthy ladoos with oats.You can replace jaggery with sugar but jaggery with coconut and ghee will give you a different taste
This is a yummy simple and healthy ladoos with oats.You can replace jaggery with sugar but jaggery with coconut and ghee will give you a different taste
Ingredients:
Serving size : 10 ladoos
- Oats : 1 cup
- Grated coconut : 1 cup
- Grated jaggery / Palm jaggery : 1 cup
- Ghee : 2 tblspn
- Cashew nuts (chopped) : 1 tblspn
- Cardamom powder : 1/4 tspn
Method:
- Roast the oats and make it in to fine powder.Keep aside
- Heat a pan with ghee.Keep the stove in simmer mode
- Fry the chopped cashew nuts.
- Add grated jaggery to it and let it melt
- Now add grated coconut and mix it well.
- Add powdered oats and cardamom powder.
- Mix it well with all other ingredients.
- Switch off the flame.
- When it reaches hot enough to touch make ladoos.
Note :
- I got 10 ladoos
- I used 3 green cardomom and powdered together with oats.
