Meat Roll
Ingredients:
- Maida:1 cup
- Bread crumbs:As required
- Egg:2
- Water
- Salt
- Oil
For filling:
- Meat:1/4kg
- Ginger(chopped):1 1/2tspn
- Garlic(chopped):1 1/2tspn
- Green chilly chopped:1tspn
- Onion (sliced):1
- Chilly powder:1tspn
- Coriander powder:2tspn
- Garam masala:1 1/2tspn
- Cinnamon/patta:1 small piece
- Clove/grampoo:2
- Fennel/perumjeerakam:1/4tspn
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Oil
Method:
- Wash and clean the meat and cut in to small pieces.
- Pressure cook it for 15 minute in low flame with salt garam masala and chilly powder.
- Cook until the water get dried.
- Grind or mince tte meat and keep aside.
- Heat the pan with oil.
- Add crushed cinnamon,clove and fennel.
- Add chopped ginger and garlic.Give a quick fry.
- Add onion curry leaves and chopped green chilly.Saute it well till onion turn brown.
- Add coriander powder and mix it well.
- Add minced/ground meat and stir well.Keep it aside.
- Make dough with maida water and salt
- Make small chapathis and cut it in to square(or round shape itself you can use)
- Fill the meat mixture in the center and roll it.
- Crack the eggs in to a bowl.
- Take bread crumbs in a bowl .
- Dip the maida roll in egg and then roll it in to bread crumbs.
- Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the rolls.
