An easy peasy method to prepare tasty fish curry.Addition of coconut milk will give a special flavor and taste to the curry.Already I have posted the typical method with sardines (mathi).

Method :

  • Wash and clean the fish.Cut it in to pieces.Soak fish tamarind in water.
  • Heat a clay pot with oil.Add fenugreek seeds .Let it splutter and add chopped onion, salt ,ginger garlic, and curry leaves.
  • Saute it well and add chopped tomato and salt.
