Carrot milk shake

                                          Carrot milk shake






                A healthy milk shake recipe. As we all know, carrots are rich in antioxidants and vitamin A and it is good for our eyes.



Ingredients:

Carrot: 2
Milk (cooled): 1 cup
Water: 1/4 cup
Sugar: As required

Method:

  • Wash the carrots and remove the skin.
  • Cook it in water  for 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool and then grind it in a mixer grinder with cooled milk and sugar.
  • Run the mixer till it is smoothly blended.
  • Transfer it into a jar and refrigerate.
