       vendakka mezhukkupuratty(upperi)/okra stir fry






Ingredients:

Vendakka /okra:1/2 kg
Onion :2 small
chilly powder :1 teaspoon
Salt:To taste
Oil:1 table spoon

Method:

  • Wash the vendakka/okra and cut it in to thin pieces( either vertical or horizontal).Cut onion also
  • Heat oil in a non stick kadai and fry the vendakka and onion with salt.Fry it until the stickness disappears.
  • Add  chilly powder
  • Keep it in flame for few minutes too
  • Yummy vendakka mezhukkupuratty is ready
