vendakka mezhukkupuratty(upperi)/okra stir fry
Ingredients:
Vendakka /okra:1/2 kg
Onion :2 small
chilly powder :1 teaspoon
Salt:To taste
Method:
- Wash the vendakka/okra and cut it in to thin pieces( either vertical or horizontal).Cut onion also
- Heat oil in a non stick kadai and fry the vendakka and onion with salt.Fry it until the stickness disappears.
- Add chilly powder
- Keep it in flame for few minutes too
- Yummy vendakka mezhukkupuratty is ready

Stir fried okra tastes good ...almost like fritters.
