Ingredients :
- Liver (mutton / beef ) : 1/4 kg
 - Onion chopped : 1
 - Ginger : 1/2 " piece
 - Garlic : 6-8 cloves
 - Fennel / perum jeerakam : 1/2 tspn
 - Turmeric powder : 1/2 tspn
 - Garam msala powder : 1/2 - 1 tspn
 - Coriander powder : 1 tspn
 - Chilly powder : 1/2 tblspn
 - Pepper powder : 1/2 tspn
 - Curry leaves : 2 springs
 - Salt
 - Oil
 
Method :
- Soak liver in water with one teaspoon of vinegar and turmeric powder.Let it be there for half an hour
 - Cut liver in to small pieces.
 - Now wash it well for two three times,drain and keep aside.
 - Heat a pan with oil.Add fennel and curry leaves.
 - Now saute chopped onion and ginger garlic paste
 
- Now add turmeric ,chilly pepper ,coriander and garam masala powders and mix it well.
 - Add in liver pieces.
 - Mix it well and add salt and enough water.
 - Close the pan and cook it in medium flame.
 - When it reaches to the right consistency remove from the stove.
 
- You may pressure cook liver and then add to the onion to save time.
 - Adjust spice level by adding or reducing pepper powder and chilly powder.
